Review ~ The Wicked Truth: Madigan Wicked (The Wickeds: Dark Knights at Bayside) by Melissa Foster

Damn Fantastic Novel

THE WICKED TRUTH is a heart-pounding, titillating, and fascinating story chock-full of moments that will almost certainly strike your soul. There are humorous and touching scenes that will make you smile and cry simultaneously.

Both Tobias and Madigan had no interest in dating. It was only physical since he was there for a little period of time. There are no causes for feelings to surface. Because both of them had been let down by previous relationships, he constantly told her that he was not suitable for her.

Fortunately, Tobias is unable to avoid Madigan in order to initiate a no-obligation, no-relationship hookup. As expected, emotions grow, opinions change, and the spark becomes a raging blaze. I was on the tip of my seat, in tears, smiling, swooning, and crying while reading this novel. I found myself reading late into the night because I was so curious about what might happen. Mads and Tobias had a sizzling chemistry that was palpable, and their passion and desire were burning.

A book in this series is to me like returning home to catch up with family and friends. I enjoy my visits to Bayside, Cape Cod, and the Wicked family and their friends.

Review ~ Mick (Bad Boys After Dark) by Melissa foster

Since I’ve been a fan of Melissa Foster’s novels for a long, I’m constantly in awe of how she can create a story that captivates me from the first page and leaves me satisfied at the conclusion while still leaving me wanting more.

In a “friends to lovers” and “forbidden relationship” scenario, Mick and Amanda are battling their feelings for one another while searching in various directions for a way to replace the void they feel without one another. Mick has a very sexy and intensely attentive partner. He accepts the task of assisting Amanda in gaining greater self-awareness and acceptance of her sexuality, but instead discovers that she has a magnetic pull over him. She teaches him how to love, something he previously believed he was incapable of doing, while he believes he is educating her about herself. The evolution of the relationships is just as interesting as the story’s intensely sexual content.

Romance and passion Together, Mike Bad and Amanda Jenner created a new life. The paralegal Amanda worked for the lawyer Mick. I adored Mick because, despite the fact that he believed himself to be broken, he eventually overcame his issues and found Amanda.

I adore it whenever a dominant alpha male is defeated by the lady in his life. And once Mick is honest with himself about his feelings, he makes every effort to win Amanda over. A fantastic story with the ideal conclusion.

Review ~ Crazy Wicked Love by Melissa Foster

“Crazy, Wicked Love” is an emotive narrative about two people who were always intended to be together, from friends to lovers. Ms. Foster writes with passion, compassion, and understanding from the heart. As she takes the reader into the lives of her characters, she emphasises the importance of family in all of her stories.

This is Dwayne “Gunner” Wicked and Sidney (Sid) Carver’s friends to lovers story and it was a fabulous addition to the series. From the first chapter I was hooked on the story, Gunner and Sidney have so much history together as they were in the military together, roommates, best friend’s, love animal’s and always protect and there for each other regardless of the situation.

Gunner and Sidney have such a strong connection and hot intense chemistry between them that you could feel it sizzling of the pages of this book. They share such a special bond. They are each other’s person. But it scared him when he realized how strong his feelings were for her that he chose to keep them hidden.

Sid has had feelings for her boss, best friend, and roommate for a long time, but Gunner just regards her as a friend. Will she be able to persuade him that they may be more than friends and that she is the right lady for him? Can they transition from friends to lovers without jeopardising their friendship?

I enjoyed following them on their path from friends to lovers.

Review ~ What if I Never? by Lisa Renee Jones

If you love Lisa Renee Jones’ Inside Out series you are going to love WHAT IF I NEVER!

It’s an addictive and filled with suspense and intrigue.Dash and Allison are intriguingAllison is on a leave from her New York auction house job to take care of her mother. Dash is a highly successful, famous author. This story unfolds quickly and flows effortlessly from the start. A strong plot, complex characters, with twists and turns that were exciting and unexpected.

I love how she develops not only the story, but her characters. I love how real they feel, their hidden depths and flaws, and how they evolve as the story progresses.

The relationship between Dash and Allison is one of immediate attraction but her temporary boss doesn’t want Allison ‘fraternizing’ with the clients both on and off the job.the characters are curious, secretive, charismatic and embattled; the romance is seductive and impassioned.

I am already in love with this trilogy. What a phenomenal start….it had everything…suspense, drama and hotness. This author’s words are addicting….I am addicted already.

I highly recommend this incredible story!!

Review ~ Always by Shaw Hart

Beautiful Read ❤❤

Evangeline and Jasper were an amazing couple! their story is full of emotions, connection and chemistry. It is a story of a second chance, of pasts, pain, loss, steam and plenty of love. The story moves along well and holds your interest.

I love the connection between Evangeline and Jasper and the newness of a budding romance. Dealing with so much turmoil which leads him back to his hometown of Rosewood, the only bright light is Evangeline. Through ups and downs of dealing with PTSD, both from his old home life and a near tragic accident in the military, they find their way to their HEA.

I love second chance romances, it’s my first time read by this author and I really loved it highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Review ~ Love, Comment, Subscribe by Cathy Yardley

I’m thrilled that I was able to pick up this book and read it. I highly recommend it.I’ve never read anything by Cathy Yardley before, it was an amazing and wonderful journey. I seriously loved it.

Lily is driven and hard working. She’s gotten where she is through strategic planning and refusing to deviate from her schedule.Tobin is the opposite, hes creative and energetic and gotten where he is by winging it basically. This is a happy sweet and funny romance. If you like these kind of books this one is so for you.

A fab frenemies-to-lovers romance, a modern storyline and progression you can get behind as well as a little spice and a lot of feelings makes this a fab read!but that underlying attraction peeked out right from the start, and it hooked me right away.

As a book reviewer and blogger, I found so many parallels about how utterly hard it can be on social media sites, to constantly be original and try and increase numbers. This author did an excellent job of portraying that.

Review ~ The Dishonoured Viscount by Sophie Barnes

Sophie Barnes is a very talented writer and I loved the way she approached the theme of disability in the Regency period. I learned quite a few interesting things about the way eye illnesses were treated.I always enjoy discovering new things about the past while reading a romance book and this one was informative without being boring. Definitely a five star book!

This was a perfectly lovely story of how two people who have faced adversity learn to look beyond the superficial to find true love. For me, she has created a beautiful love story that is clean with no unnecessary premarital encounters.

If you enjoy historical romance with more substance and depth than others in this genre, then you will love The Dishonored Viscount as much as I did. Ms. Barnes’ novel are always compelling love stories with characters that will touch one’s heart. I’m so glad I had an opportunity to read this intriguing novel. Happy reading!

The raw emotions on display were almost heartbreaking as both characters grapple with public opinion and society’s rules. I was completely invested in these characters and I loved the way everything worked out in the end.

Review ~ Running on Diesel (The Whiskeys: Dark Knights at Peaceful Harbor, #8) by Melissa Foster

I hope you never stop looking at me like that”

Running on Diesel Running on Diesel (The Whiskeys: Dark Knights at Peaceful Harbor, #8) by Melissa Foster was just fabulous. It was literally heart wrenching and deeply emotional story.

I have waited so long for this book and it was worth it. Grab the tissues and take a ride with Diesel and Tracey for an all the feels love story because it was slow burn, so emotional and intense romance between them I fell in love with them since the beginning of first chapter.

Desmond “Diesel” Black, a member of the Dark Knights MC and a bartender, he was a nomad and Hot Alpha lead. I love how he communicates with his eyes and the way he takes care of everyone. Diesel was a striking man and doesn’t talk much. He protects others with his life and always rides alone. And about Tracey Kline she left the only family she had for a man who broke her spirit leaving her untrusting on others and on her own. She was a sexy spitfire but has been through hell and abusive relationship. She was a survivor. I loved the way he was so protective of Tracey and takes care of her.

Sometimes it takes one person to change your life. You never see it coming, out of nowhere. All you can do is hold on tight and enjoy the ride. They both have been broken by the past but help each other through thick and thin. They both were adorable and passionate. I am in love with their intensity. I loved diesel when he finds Tracey’s mom and helped them reunite.

In this beautiful and wonderful journey of Diesel and Tracey’s I get to feel so many emotions like fear, amazing family, friends, love, secrets and laughter along with tears. This one has all the feels.I could not put their story down once I started. So many emotions while reading. An enjoyable journey to their happily ever after. Sparks flying, combustible chemistry, explosive to just name a few. Tracey and Diesel are so good together. Their story was so worth the wait.
